Futura Title came to SOLV with the goal of creating a consistent and meaningful onboarding experience across its growing organization. They wanted a welcome kit that would reflect each local brand while reminding new hires they were part of a larger team from day one.

Futura Title & Escrow is the largest independent title and escrow group in the Pacific Northwest, operating in more than 70 branches across 60+ counties, offering a full range of commercial and residential title and escrow services for real estate transactions.
Through its regional platform, Futura Title serves local and national clients while emphasizing exceptional customer experience, community commitment, and associate-centric culture.
What sets Futura Title apart is its ability to support six brands total. Its core Futura Title brand plus five additional, independently branded companies, each with its own local presence and market identity: AmeriTitle, Alliance Title & Escrow, Kittitas Title and Escrow, Pacific Alliance Title, and Momentum Title Agency.
This structure allows Futura Title to maintain operational consistency and shared standards while honoring the unique heritage and branding of each affiliated company.

Futura Title wanted to elevate their current employee onboarding experience with a branded welcome kit that felt thoughtful, useful, and consistent across the organization. However, the solution needed to work seamlessly across each of their brands, making sure it was unique to them and their local presence.
The challenge was creating a welcome kit that delivered a unified experience for new hires while still allowing for brand-specific customization. The program also needed to be easy to manage operationally, scalable across locations, and aligned with Futura Title’s broader recruiting and retention goals.

THE SOLUTION:
SOLV partnered with Futura Title’s Marketing and HR teams to develop a branded employee welcome kit designed to work seamlessly across all locations and brands.
It was important that the exterior of every welcome box featured Futura Title’s branding and logo. This ensured that while employees joined one of the six brands, they were immediately reminded that they were part of a larger organization and shared culture.
Inside the box, items were customized based on employee location to reflect the specific brand they worked for. Each welcome kit included:
- Custom branded welcome box
- Branded water bottle
- A ceramic mug
- Sharpie® S-Gel pen
- A foam drink koozie
- Faux Leather Padfolio
The consistent exterior reinforced connection to the broader Futura Title organization, while the interior branding allowed each company to maintain its own identity. This approach created a sense of belonging at both the local and organizational level while simplifying ordering and fulfillment across multiple brands.
