Helping customers and employees win through excellence, opportunity and service.

Why SOLV?

SOLV has been helping businesses since 1975. Over the decades we’ve developed a full range of products, services and support to help you succeed and grow. We see ourselves as your partner—trusted, proactive and innovative—who makes your business more efficient and more effective. In fact, some of our client partnerships go back 30 years. We are a 100% women-owned business.

What sets us apart? We start with a comprehensive set of offerings to keep things simple and consistent on your end. We provide so much more than checks and T-shirts—tax form processing, creative services, warehousing and inventory management, just for starters. And we carry the highest quality products—we’re committed to our 100% satisfaction guarantee and our .002% rerun rate.

But what’s really special is our customer service. We think in terms of relationships and conversations, not just transactions. We measure our success by yours. In other words, what sets us apart is our ability to set you apart.

Working with a Managed Services Provider

Some of the very best things in life are simple. The same thing goes in business. Working with a managed services provider means no more juggling multiple vendors. Bottom line: you save time and money, while maintaining the highest standards in quality and consistency.

No two businesses are exactly alike, or they wouldn’t last long. Managed services providers offer a wide range of services and products to meet your unique needs. Think about it: you can get everything--from graphic design and sophisticated marketing campaigns, office supplies and promotional items, to document management and tax form processing--in the same place. Coordinated. Convenient. Simple. It just makes sense.

Who We Serve

Our comprehensive offerings let us support businesses large and small, local and national, and from a wide range of industries. Our customers come from retail, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, government, associations, professional employment organization and the nonprofit sector.

Bio Eric

Eric Gomez
Account Executive

Eric has been part of the SOLV team for over three years, but he’s been in marketing and sales for over 18 years. His focus is helping businesses improve project management, visibility and revenue. He also handles tax form processing for small and large businesses.

Eric is serious about his job; it’s important to him that “I have the ideas and resources to help businesses operate better for their clients and employees. It’s very gratifying that I can help on both sides of the coin--internal and external.”

In his life outside of SOLV, Eric spends time with his wife of 15 years and their three kids. He loves the outdoors: golfing, running, hiking, rafting and swimming. He plays the guitar, sings, does karaoke and generally makes people laugh.

Bio Matt

Matt Peterson
Account Executive

Matt manages projects and helps customers come up with ideas for using print, promotional items and apparel. He loves the “daily interactions with customers, helping them solve issues they’ve been worried about.” Every day is different: “it’s always a new project or idea I’m working on, and a new deadline to meet.” He’s been with SOLV for two years.

Off the job, you can find Matt spending time with his kids or playing sports (baseball, golf, football, basketball, you name it). He coached high school baseball for ten years, and he’s now a football official.

Bio Elaine

Elaine Brazle
Account Manager

Elaine has been with SOLV for 15 years. She handles customer service and sales for our Coeur d’Alene office. She handles apparel, websites, promoting customer businesses, cross-selling promotionals, quoting new items and processing reorders. Her favorite part of her job? “Interacting with my clients, and getting to know them.”  For her, it’s about more than just taking orders: “when someone needs to order something they depend on my knowledge about what they need. I help guide them when they’re unsure.”

When she’s not at work, Elaine loves to hang out with her grandkids and family--especially going to their sports events. She likes to get “out of the box” enough to embarrass the grand kids. On her bucket list? To be a mascot for a day.

Bio Julie

Julie Cotton
Account Manager

In a nutshell, Julie does “whatever needs to be done.” After 12 years at SOLV, she’s an Account Manager who works directly with customers; she’s also a Project Manager for the e-Commerce team, and she supports W2 Processing. When needed, she helps develop and implement processes that keeps SOLV operating at top efficiency.

Julie’s enthusiasm for her job is clear. “I love to help clients with promotional and apparel orders. It’s so fun to see how things turn out--from concept to complete.” Her favorite thing about it? “Figuring out how to make something happen--you know, SOLV-ing the problem.”

What gets Julie out of bed in the morning? Technically, her four-year-old grandson, not to mention her three children. She also loves to travel, cook, garden (lightly), play the piano and hang out at the lake with a nice picnic.
