Customer Service Support (CSS) Specialist

Making an Impact

Our CSS Specialist is a key facilitator of our quality customer experience and operational excellence. They provide team support, greet visitors and ensure that all customer and vendor-facing processes are flowing efficiently by balancing priorities, managing concurrent projects, performing administrative activities and coordinating schedules and details. This Specialist also employs solution-based thinking and executes with a sense of urgency.
