You are a proactive problem-solver, building long-term, trust-based relationships with our current and potential clients, identifying business challenges and providing valued solutions. You manage a portfolio of established accounts through consistent, friendly, results-focused communication, planning, presentations, and quality checks.

What we expect from you 

We need someone influential, ambitious, results-driven, and great at communication. Someone who is motivated by learning, practices active listening, and loves the challenge of applying solutions to business issues. A big thinker who is coachable, curious about others, and not afraid to fail. A lifelong learner who cares about the customer and the team.

While we invest heavily in education and our team training is second to none, we find that the most successful applicants have at least 2 years of direct customer sales experience and a background in the promotional products or printing/forms industry. Additionally, we require a bachelor-level degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, a state-issued driver’s license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and contact management software.
