Our Customer Service Support Specialists are key to delivering results through a trusted customer experience and they are at the core of upholding our standards of operational excellence.
What Our CSS Will Do:
- Support our customers, vendors and our Sales and Support teams.
- Perform important administrative and operational activities.
- Coordinate internal communications through calendar management, inquiry response and call and message routing.
- Create documents and presentations.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to engage with customers and resolve challenges that come up during quoting and order workflows.
- Process and monitor customer orders.
You’re a Good Fit for our CSS Position If:
- You have a high school diploma and one year of experience in a related position.
- You are accountable, self-motivated, and dedicated to results.
- You’re friendly and have great communication skills.
- You have great attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- You enjoy working as a team and having fun!
- You’re solid with Microsoft 365, Zoom & CRM systems.
