





SOLV partnered with Mid Oregon Credit Union to build a centralized print management program using our online store platform. In addition, the program is supported by SOLV’s warehousing, inventory oversight, and ongoing fulfillment services.
CENTRALIZED ORDERING WITH BUILT-IN CONTROL
For Mid Oregon Credit Union, it was important that print ordering be managed by a small, centralized group. Therefore, their store is intentionally overseen by one to two internal contacts, giving the organization clear ownership and control over ordering across all locations.
Meanwhile, branches share their needs internally, and orders are placed through the centralized system. As a result, this approach simplifies administration, reduces errors, and ensures updates are implemented once and distributed consistently across every branch.
WAREHOUSING AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT TAILORED TO USAGE
SOLV warehouses approximately 50 different items for MOCU, including high-frequency operational forms, marketing collateral, and select promotional materials. These items are stocked locally and released as needed based on actual branch demand.
As part of the program, SOLV monitors all release activity and inventory levels. In particular, special attention is given to high-use and high-value items.
To support this process, reorder thresholds are established for key materials. When items approach those thresholds, SOLV communicates with MOCU to prevent stockouts while simultaneously avoiding overproduction and fulfillment delays.
In addition to printed materials, SOLV also receives and distributes select customer-supplied goods, including forms provided through industry associations. Consequently, these materials are integrated into the same inventory and fulfillment workflow, creating a single, unified system for all branch materials.
FULFILLMENT DESIGNED AROUND MOCU'S DISTRIBUTION MODEL
MOCU has placed orders with SOLV every single week for more than 30 years. Because of this volume and consistency, SOLV has established a predictable schedule to batch and fulfill orders efficiently.
Once fulfilled, orders are delivered to a central distribution location, where MOCU then disperses materials to its branches. This custom distribution model supports consistent turnaround times and minimizes logistical complexity.
In most cases, orders placed throughout the week are delivered by Friday, ensuring branches receive materials when expected and can plan accordingly. However, when urgent needs arise, SOLV can pull and deliver materials outside the standard fulfillment cycle.
SUPPORTING BRAND STANDARDS WITHOUT SLOWING DOWN MARKETING
MOCU’s internal marketing team maintains control of brand and design by supplying print-ready artwork for new or updated materials. Meanwhile, SOLV manages production, storage, and fulfillment. As a result, approved designs are reproduced accurately and distributed consistently across all locations.
For repeat needs, SOLV supports standardized templates, including a robust business card program with flexible fields such as multi-line titles and optional QR code placement. Consequently, this approach allows for individual customization while still preserving a consistent brand presentation across the organization.
