SOLV collaborated with TalentSpark to design a standout Candidate Placement Kit that makes both new hires and hiring managers feel genuinely appreciated from day one. Rather than just creating a box of swag, our goal was to build an experience that strengthens TalentSpark’s brand in every hiring interaction and reinforces their reputation as a partner that cares about people.
We handled the entire process, from product selection and branded design to fulfillment and delivery, so TalentSpark could stay focused on placing top-quality candidates without operational overhead. The final kit includes functional and meaningful items like a 16 oz coffee mug in TalentSpark’s signature brand color, a debossed notebook, a soft-touch metal pen, and a personalized thank-you note, all packaged in a welcoming box delivered in time for a new hire’s first day.
