Over the years, IVIM has built a robust employee merchandise program supporting onboarding, provider appreciation, employee recognition, anniversaries, community initiatives, and seasonal apparel releases.
As the program evolved, the team wanted to create a stronger sense of community around future merchandise launches. They needed a strategic partner to introduce fresh ideas, source premium products, manage inventory, and streamline fulfillment.
Most importantly, IVIM wanted to create merchandise and experiences employees would genuinely look forward to.

THE SOLUTION:
SOLV partnered with IVIM to build far more than an online employee store. Together, we developed an ongoing merchandise program that combines creative strategy, premium product sourcing, custom graphic design, inventory management, and nationwide fulfillment.
Through regular planning meetings, our teams collaborate on seasonal campaigns, product launches, employee initiatives, creative themes, and long-term merchandising strategy. On our end, we help source unique products, recommend decoration techniques, develop original artwork, and curate collections that reflect IVIM's evolving brand.
Once products are approved, every item is produced, decorated, photographed, inventoried, and stored in our Meridian, Idaho warehouse before launch. When collections go live, employees simply place orders through the online store while SOLV handles picking, packing, and shipping—typically within 24 business hours.
The IVIM Wellness Club
As IVIM's employee merchandise program continued to grow, the team saw an opportunity to evolve beyond simply adding new products to the online store. While new merchandise launches had always generated excitement, they wanted to create something with a stronger sense of identity and community.
Together, IVIM and SOLV developed the IVIM Wellness Club. A lifestyle-inspired merchandise collection designed to reflect IVIM's mission of supporting healthier lives. While simultaneously creating a stronger connection among employees across the country.
SOLV partnered closely with the IVIM team to establish the creative direction for the collection. Our team designed original graphics, recommend the apparel, and helped select decoration techniques that elevated each piece beyond traditional company merchandise.
Rather than treating apparel as another branded giveaway, the Wellness Club introduced a more intentional approach to employee merchandise through curated seasonal collections and limited-edition drops that employees could genuinely look forward to.
The first Wellness Club collection officially launched in 2026, it generated an enthusiastic response, with a ton of orders within the first week. The Wellness Club introduced a stronger sense of community and much awaited enthusiasm for the next releases. We've even noticed, that employees are purchasing merch beyond their company-provided allowances. Showing us, and IVIM, that the products are valued not simply because they're branded, but because they're thoughtfully designed pieces people genuinely want to wear.
With additional seasonal Wellness Club collections already planned, the program has become the next evolution of IVIM's employee merchandise experience.
A True Extension of the Team
As IVIM's merchandise program has grown, so has SOLV's role.
What began with product sourcing and fulfillment has grown into a long-term creative partnership. Today, we support onboarding merchandise, provider collections, anniversary campaigns, employee appreciation initiatives, promotional products, and limited-edition Wellness Club launches.
Rather than simply executing orders, SOLV collaborates with the IVIM team from concept to delivery. IVIM brings the vision, and together we refine product selections, explore sourcing opportunities, recommend decoration techniques, and develop original artwork.
Every collection is designed to reflect IVIM's brand while giving employees something they'll genuinely enjoy wearing and using.
As IVIM shared, SOLV functions as "an extension of our team." We help with "product sourcing, branding decisions, inventory planning, and how merchandise is packaged and presented." We also think through "the full experience, not just what the product is, but how it shows up and feels for the recipient."
