Greyloch came to SOLV with the goal of creating an employee experience that built brand pride from the inside out. They wanted a seamless way to reward their team with high-end apparel that they’d actually love while turning everyday employees into proud brand ambassadors representing Greyloch across the Treasure Valley.

Greyloch is a custom cabinet manufacturer and builder specializing in premium cabinetry for residential and commercial spaces across the Treasure Valley.

As a local Idaho-based custom cabinetry company, Greyloch takes pride in craftsmanship, community, and the people who make it all happen. With a growing team and a new location opening in Star, HR Director Sydney Peel saw an opportunity to strengthen connection across the company through branded apparel.

Greyloch wanted to create an experience that celebrated employees and made them feel proud to represent the brand every day. The challenge was finding a system that was simple for HR to manage, adaptable for seasonal updates, and exciting enough to keep employees engaged throughout the year.

THE SOLUTION:
We built The Greylocher, a branded online store, giving employees convenient access to Greyloch apparel throughout the year. The store opens four times annually, offering a curated mix of workwear, lifestyle apparel, and accessories that fit each employee’s needs both on and off the job. Every team member receives an allowance to shop the store, creating a rewarding experience that connects appreciation with brand representation.

Behind the scenes, SOLV manages every detail to keep the experience seamless. Before each store opening, our team audits all products for stock availability, colorways, and sizing. When an item is discontinued, we source new, on-brand options and present them to the Greyloch team for approval. 

Seasonal refreshes, new product drops, and thoughtful suggestions ensure that every store opening feels exciting, purposeful, and uniquely Greyloch.
